Minda M. Davy, Esq.
Minda M. Davy is a Partner with Byrne & Benesch, P.C. The primary focus of her practice includes representation of business clients and public and quasi-government agencies, which includes contracts, public agency law, and business law. Ms. Davy also prepares estate planning documents to meet her clients’ needs, and administers probate and trust administration services. It was important for Ms. Davy to start her legal career in her home state and she enjoys serving the Yuma community.
Ms. Davy grew up in Flagstaff, graduating from Coconino High School and Northern Arizona University. After working in the transportation and customer service industries, she decided to follow her long-time dream of becoming an attorney and moved to Ann Arbor, Michigan to attend law school.
In her representation of public and quasi-public agencies, Ms. Davy assists the respective director and board with business, legal, and regulatory issues. Such representation includes conducting board meetings in compliance with the Open Meeting Laws, drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and meeting agendas, and day-to-day counseling on personnel matters and Public Records Laws.
Ms. Davy is active in the Yuma Community through her Rotary Club and she strives to become a better advocate for her rural community. Outside of work, she is an avid sports fan, enjoys playing sports, hiking, waterskiing, the beach, good food, and spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.
